Inclusion Criteria
  • Aged 18 +
  • BMI over 30 (27.5 ethnic minority groups)
  • Able to speak English
  • Must have access to a smartphone or computer with internet
Exclusion Criteria
  • Past or planned bariatric surgery
  • Be currently or planning pregnancy
  • Significant learning disability
  • Binge eating disorder or uncontrolled eating behaviour
  • Complex psychology or psychiatry history
  • Complex disease
