Medication Supported Weight Management

Our NICE-recommended intervention provides medication prescribing, dispensing, and delivery alongside daily support from our multidisciplinary team of dietitians, psychologists, physicians, pharmacists, and exercise specialists. Over 1,000 individuals have benefitted from our Wegovy and Mounjaro supported weight management intervention.

Eligibility Criteria ✅

Aged 18 +

They have at least 1 weight-related comorbidity and:

1️⃣ a body mass index (BMI) of at least 35.0 kg/m2 , OR

2️⃣ a BMI of 30.0 kg/m2 to 34.9 kg/m2 and meet the criteria for referral to specialist weight management services in NICE's guideline on obesity: identification, assessment and management.
